Chelmsford Star Co-operative Society is fully committed to
making its web pages accessible to all. This means ensuring
that user’s with disabilities can easily access our
information.
Disabilities that may restrict
people from accessing Web content include blindness, colour
blindness, dyslexia and lack of ‘fine motor control’
particularly difficulties related to using a PC mouse.
People with disabilities may
need to use assistive technologies such as screen readers,
Braille displays, voice recognition software, alternative
keyboard/mice, etc, to view web pages.
The World Wide Web Consortium
(W3C) provide Web Content Accessibility guidelines to assist
web developers in creating accessible web pages.
In accordance with these guidelines,
this website conforms to Priority 1 of these Guidelines but
also meets many of the points from level 2.

To decrease text size: from the browser menu, select
view > text size > smaller
Netscape and Mozilla users
To increase text size: from the browser menu, select

To decrease text size: from the browser menu, select
view > text zoom > smaller
Opera users
To increase text size: from the browser menu, select
view > zoom > 120%
To decrease text size: from the browser menu, select
view > zoom > 80% |
